Who we are

FAID Worldwide is a trading name of FAID LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17147679. Registered office: 2 Thorn Street, Great Harwood, Blackburn BB6 7RX. FAID LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

The waiting list

If you ask to be told when a product drops (the hoodies, joggers, long sleeve or new caps), we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date and time you signed up.

We use it to email you when that product goes on sale, and occasionally about other FAID releases. We don’t send anything else, and every email has a way to unsubscribe.

Lawful basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us, and we’ll remove you.

When you browse

Your bag is stored in your own browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Lawful basis: strictly necessary. It’s what makes the shop work, so it doesn’t need consent.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and stop abuse of our forms.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests, namely keeping the site secure and available.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics and no third-party tracking. If that ever changes, we’ll ask for your consent before any tracking loads, and this page will be updated first.

Who else processes your data

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Email fin@faidagency.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We’d rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content security policy that blocks injected scripts and gives an attacker nowhere to send data. The waiting-list form is spam-filtered.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
